Awaiting shipment orders are orders that
have been paid but not yet shipped out by your supplier.
The order status will be synced automatically on DSers within
5 hours after you paid for the order, or after it has been shipped. For
AliExpress orders, you can synchronize faster with the
Ali Order Syncing feature.
Operations | Situations |
Add flags | There is a need to find out orders that meet different requirements. |
Fulfill your orders manually | You receive an order from your store without an instant payment but want to place it to your supplier as soon as possible. |
Change the supplier Order Number | You need to modify the current Order Number when updated. |
Add notes | You need to add notes to specific orders. |
