The orders you placed to AliExpress can sometimes get canceled for various reasons. An order for example, may be canceled on DSers because you cancel it from AliExpress, or it is because AliExpress cancel it in case of transaction risks or non-compliant order information.
All those could be AliExpress canceled orders in DSers and here's how you can reorder them.
How to reorder AliExpress canceled orders
activate the DSers Canceled Orders Optimization featureStep 1: Modify the AliExpress Canceled order
- Login to DSers >
Open Orders. - Access the Canceled tab.
- Edit the Order Card to meet the order requirements or your needs.
- To remap the order:
- Click
and click Edit on the top right of the Order Card to change the supplier or the variation. - Enter a new AliExpress supplier URL and click
. - Choose the new variant you want to order and select a shipping method.
- Click
- To modify the order details, click Customer Detail
and edit the specific input box.
- To remap the order:
- Click on SAVE.
Step 2: Place the order
- Login to DSers > Open Orders.
- Access the Canceled tab.
- Click ORDER AGAIN on the Order Card of the order that canceled from AliExpress.
